In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise.

To be eligible to open and maintain a sky4d Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not acting as an agent, nominee, or proxy on behalf of any third party;
• You have not previously had a sky4d Account suspended or permanently closed by Us for a breach of these Terms;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of sky4d or its affiliated companies;
• You are of sound mind and are accessing the Platform of your own free will;
• You acknowledge and accept the inherent risk of gambling, including the risk of financial loss.

sky4d reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to Our reasonable satisfaction.

sky4d targets and serves players located in Indonesia. Players acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia and are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations. sky4d makes no representation as to the legality of its Services in any particular jurisdiction beyond the scope of its international operating license.

To access the full range of sky4d Services, you must register a single Account. Registration is free of charge. By completing the registration process, you agree to these Terms and confirm the accuracy of all information provided.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method details. You must not use fictitious names, nicknames, or another person's identity.

One Account Per Person: Each natural person is permitted to hold only one Account on sky4d. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. sky4d employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate registrations; any secondary Account discovered will be closed and all associated funds may be forfeited.

KYC Verification: sky4d may, at its discretion or as required by its due-diligence procedures, request verification documents from any Player at any time, including but not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., KTP, SIM, or passport);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to fund the Account (e.g., a photograph of the bank card or e-wallet account screenshot);
• Proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months).

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by sky4d may result in withdrawal restrictions or Account suspension until verification is completed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sky4d login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

sky4d will never contact you via email, live chat, or any other channel to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from sky4d that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

You agree to notify sky4d immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to, or use of, your Account. sky4d accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials or where you have shared your credentials with a third party.

sky4d offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced Account security. We strongly recommend enabling this feature. All sessions on sky4d are protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption.

sky4d supports deposits and withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), and Bitcoin. All Account balances are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless the Player has elected to use a cryptocurrency balance.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation of receipt by sky4d's payment processor. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are published on the cashier page and may vary by payment method. sky4d does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which sky4d bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals: sky4d processes withdrawal requests within 15 minutes of approval on all days of the year, including public holidays such as Idul Fitri and Nyepi. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed all applicable KYC verification requirements before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your sky4d Account name;
• Any active Bonus Funds wagering requirements must be satisfied before the associated Funds can be withdrawn;
• sky4d reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is unusually large or where account activity appears irregular.

Currency and Conversion: All transactions in IDR are processed at face value. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to IDR at the prevailing market rate at the time of crediting, as determined by sky4d. Exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal are the Player's own risk.

sky4d offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and seasonal offers tied to events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general conditions set out in this clause.

Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the offer) must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are published clearly on each bonus offer page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time window will result in the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them being forfeited.

One Bonus Per Promotion Per Player: Each bonus offer is limited to one redemption per registered Player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus via multiple Accounts or by exploiting technical vulnerabilities is prohibited and will result in Account suspension.

Game Contributions: Not all game categories contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Specific contribution rates are published on the promotions page. As a general guide, slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager, while table games and live casino bets may contribute at a reduced rate.

sky4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, and to void any bonus that has been claimed in breach of these Terms or through any form of abuse, collusion, or fraud.

All bets and wagers placed on sky4d are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product. Product-specific rules are published within each game or betting market and form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a product-specific rule and these Terms, the product-specific rule shall prevail to the extent of that conflict.

Sportsbook: All sports bets, including bandar bola (football betting markets), mix parlay (multi-leg accumulators), and Asian handicap wagers, are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant sporting authority. sky4d reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result has been subject to corruption, match-fixing, or any other form of irregular conduct.

Live Casino: Games offered through sky4d's live casino product are subject to the rules of each individual game as administered by the respective game studio (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, or other licensed providers). In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session, bets in progress will be settled according to the game's outcome. sky4d is not liable for losses arising from connection interruptions on the Player's end.

Slots and RNG Games: All slot and random number generator (RNG) based games on sky4d use certified random number generation systems. Game results are determined at the moment the wager is placed and cannot be influenced by the Player or by sky4d after the fact. Payouts are calculated in accordance with each game's published return-to-player (RTP) percentage.

Togel: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are determined by officially published draw outcomes from the relevant draw provider. sky4d is not responsible for errors in the transmission of draw results from the draw authority to the Platform, but will use all reasonable efforts to correct such errors promptly upon discovery.

sky4d reserves the right to cancel or void any bet, game round, or transaction where a technical error, software malfunction, human error, or data feed issue has caused incorrect odds, payouts, or game behavior. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Player's Account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sky4d Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed and all associated Funds forfeited, in addition to any other remedies available to sky4d at law.

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of a third party;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in any game or Platform feature to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, bingo, or any other multi-player game;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited under applicable law, where the Player is aware of such prohibition;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing sky4d staff or other Players through any communication channel.

sky4d is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide all registered Players with access to the following responsible gaming tools, available at any time through the Account settings or via live support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit into your Account;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you after a set period of continuous gameplay;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of sky4d.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sky4d shall not be liable to any Player for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or the Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform;
• Losses caused by technical failures, server downtime, internet disruptions, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions;
• Any indirect or consequential loss whatsoever.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. sky4d makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game results prior to official settlement, or the fitness of the Services for any particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude sky4d's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

sky4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the Player against sky4d;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, in which case sky4d may apply an inactivity fee as disclosed on the Platform;
• A legally binding court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring the suspension of the Account.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting sky4d support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your most recently used verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC checks.

sky4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, sky4d will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, notify active Players via the email address registered to their Account.

Your continued use of the sky4d Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12 above.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to sky4d's international operating jurisdiction. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled amicably between the parties.

sky4d operates under an international gaming license and is regulated internationally as a Trusted and Secure Platform. sky4d makes no representation that the Services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction beyond the scope of its operating license, and Players access the Services at their own legal risk.
